1. General Information<\/h5>\n

This Reservation Policy sets out the terms and conditions applicable to all reservations made with West City Hotel, whether through the official website, by telephone, by email or through any other reservation channel made available by the Hotel.<\/p>\n

By making a reservation, the guest acknowledges that they have read, understood and accepted this Reservation Policy, together with the Terms and Conditions governing the use of the Website and the services provided by West City Hotel.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t

2. Reservation methods<\/h5>\n

Reservations at West City Hotel may be made through any of the following channels:<\/p>\n

    All reservations are subject to room availability and become valid only upon confirmation by the Hotel.<\/p>\n

    Once the reservation has been confirmed, the guest will receive a confirmation email containing the details of their stay.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t

    3. Rates and Payment<\/h5>\n

    All published rates are quoted per room, per night and include all applicable taxes in accordance with the applicable legislation.<\/p>\n

    All accommodation rates include breakfast, except when otherwise explicitly mentioned.<\/p>\n

    A reservation shall be deemed confirmed only upon receipt of the written confirmation issued by the Hotel.<\/p>\n

    Payment may be made using one of the following methods:<\/p>\n

    • bank card;<\/li>\n
    • bank transfer;<\/li>\n
    • cash;<\/li>\n
    • holiday vouchers and holiday cards, in accordance with the applicable legislation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      West City Hotel reserves the right to modify its rates and promotional offers without prior notice. Such changes shall not affect reservations that have already been confirmed.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t

      4. Cancellation Policy<\/h5>\n

      Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in date and time.<\/p>\n

      Cancellation requests must be submitted to the Reservations Department using one of the contact methods available on the Website or in the Contact section.<\/p>\n

      For prepaid reservations, cancellations made after the free cancellation deadline or failure to arrive at the Hotel (no-show) may result in the full amount paid being retained, in accordance with the applicable reservation policy.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t

      5. Reservation Changes<\/h5>\n

      Solicit\u0103rile de modificare a unei rezerv\u0103ri, inclusiv schimbarea perioadei de \u0219edere, a num\u0103rului de oaspe\u021bi sau a tipului de camer\u0103, sunt supuse disponibilit\u0103\u021bii hotelului la momentul solicit\u0103rii.<\/p>\n

      Pentru modificarea unei rezerv\u0103ri, oaspetele este rugat s\u0103 contacteze Departamentul Rezerv\u0103ri prin una dintre metodele de contact disponibile pe website sau \u00een sec\u021biunea Contact.<\/p>\n

      West City Hotel cannot guarantee the availability of the requested changes. If a reservation change results in a rate difference, the applicable amount will be communicated to the guest and shall be paid by the guest.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t

      6. Neprezentare (No-Show)<\/h5>\n

      If the guest fails to arrive on the scheduled arrival date without notifying the Hotel of the cancellation, the reservation shall be considered a no-show.<\/p>\n

      In such circumstances, the Hotel reserves the right to:<\/p>\n

      • cancel the reservation;<\/li>\n
      • retain the full amount paid, in accordance with the applicable reservation policy;<\/li>\n
      • reallocate the room to other guests.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t

        7. Refund policy<\/h5>\n

        Requests for the refund of prepaid amounts may be submitted to the Reservations Department.<\/p>\n

        Refunds will only be granted for reservations cancelled in accordance with the applicable Cancellation Policy.<\/p>\n

        Where a refund request is approved, the eligible amount will be refunded within a maximum of 15 days from the date the request is accepted.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t
