Our collaboration with West City Hotel during Cluj Folk Fest has shown us time and again how much true professionalism and genuine care for people matter. For our artists, guests and partners, West City Hotel provided comfort, peace of mind and a team that truly understands what great hospitality is all about. Thank you for your partnership and for helping create memorable experiences for the Cluj community.

We have had the pleasure of working with West City Hotel on several occasions while organizing professional training events for dental professionals, and every experience has been exceptional. The quality of the food has consistently been excellent, while the service has always been professional, courteous and prompt. We especially appreciate the team's flexibility and ability to handle unexpected situations with exceptional efficiency. Even when last-minute changes arose just one or two hours before an event, everything was managed seamlessly, with a positive attitude and a genuine willingness to help. We highly recommend West City Hotel for conferences and events and truly value the excellent partnership we've built together over the years. Thank you for your continued support, friendship and professionalism!

We chose West City Restaurant to celebrate our youngest son's christening, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. Everything was exactly as we had hoped for. The food was delicious, the dishes were freshly prepared and beautifully presented, and the elegant setting created a truly special atmosphere. The service was impeccable, with an attentive, professional team that was always ready to help. The entire experience exceeded our expectations, and the team's professionalism gave us the peace of mind to fully enjoy such an important family occasion. We wholeheartedly recommend West City Hotel and will gladly choose their services again. Thank you!

West City Hotel is a welcoming and elegant place to stay. ❤️ When planning our wedding, many of our guests were travelling from outside the city and needed accommodation, so choosing West City Hotel couldn't have been a better decision! ❤️ From the very beginning, we were welcomed by a wonderful team who went above and beyond to ensure our guests felt comfortable and well looked after. A special thank you to the Sales Manager, who stayed in touch with us throughout the planning process and made sure every detail was taken care of with genuine care and professionalism. One thing we particularly appreciated was that the hotel is pet-friendly, which was a wonderful bonus for us. The breakfast was also excellent, offering a great variety of fresh and delicious options. We highly recommend West City Hotel!
